Our Story
Our journey began in the heart of Lagos, Nigeria, in a small kitchen filled with the rich aromas of tradition, culture, and creativity. Growing up, we watched our mother, a talented caterer, transform simple ingredients into unforgettable meals. With every dish she prepared, she mixed Nigerian herbs and spices with care, from native ginger and turmeric to hibiscus, scent leaf, and beyond.
As children, we were always curious: Where did these flavours come from? How were they grown? Why did they taste so different from what we saw in stores? That early curiosity sparked a lifelong connection to the land and the ingredients it produces.
Years later, that same passion became our purpose.
June 19 Nigeria Limited was born out of a desire to connect the world to the richness of Nigerian agriculture: ethically, sustainably, and with deep respect for the communities behind every harvest. What started in our mother’s kitchen has grown into a mission: to champion high-quality, ethically sourced Nigerian herbs and spices and share them with the global market.
We’re not just building a business, we’re telling a story of heritage, passion, and pride in every shipment we send

Company Overview
June 19 Nigeria Limited is a growth-oriented, ethically driven agricultural export company headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. Since its registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2012, June 19 Nigeria Limited has evolved into a multi-sector service company, with its latest expansion focused on providing specialized agro-export commodities to meet the growing international demand particularly within the European Union for traceable, high-quality, and ethically sourced agricultural goods..
Our operational footprint spans key agricultural regions in Nigeria including Kaduna, Nasarawa, Benue, Plateau and Kwara States where we maintain sourcing partnerships with a growing network of smallholder farmers and cooperatives. These partners are supported through training in post-harvest handling, hygiene practices, and sustainability principles to ensure consistent compliance with international standards. All commodities exported by June 19 are processed under food-safe conditions, tested for quality parameters such as moisture content and aflatoxin levels, and delivered with full export documentation tailored to EU regulatory expectations.

Our business model is built on three integrated pillars:
1. Agro Export: Bulk supply of herbs, spices, and grains to EU buyers under FOB terms, with a focus on product consistency, compliance, and ethical sourcing.
2. Consultancy & Trade Facilitation: Advisory support for agro-entrepreneurs and cooperatives aiming to access foreign markets, including training on EU regulations, certifications, and logistics.
3. Development Project Implementation: June 19 will leverage its farmer networks and export infrastructure to design and manage EU- and donor-funded agricultural development programs. These initiatives will target capacity building, digital traceability, regenerative agriculture, and inclusive value chains for Nigerian smallholder farmers.
