CSR

Growing together with our community!

June 19 believes that real growth happens only when
businesses and communities thrive side by side.

As a responsible exporter in Nigeria, we see our responsibilities to people and communities as central to our journey. Even in our day-to-day operations, we strive to give back. For example, we provide employment opportunities for local unemployed persons, supporting our harvesting process while also helping them improve their livelihoods. In addition, we run community projects with women and girls, empowering them through education and awareness around menstrual health.

Local Employment & Livelihoods

We create job opportunities for unemployed people in our community by engaging them in harvesting activities. This not only strengthens our operations but also supports families with income and dignity through meaningful work.

Women & Girls Empowerment

Through community projects on menstrual health, we support women and girls with knowledge, resources, and confidence. Our aim is to break taboos, improve wellbeing, and open new pathways to empowerment.

Development Project Implementation

June 19 will leverage its farmer networks and export infrastructure to design and manage EU- and donor-funded agricultural development programs. These initiatives will target capacity building, digital traceability, regenerative agriculture, and inclusive value chains for Nigerian smallholder farmers.
